A drug after death

I'm delicate that some of my colleagues don't have a specific time limit to deliver work or report. Because I believe that a good thing that is not done on time is less worth it, it may become a drug after death; in any organization, this can happen by choosing the wrong person to do a wrong project or timing. But experience has proved to me that self-eating and anger don't do anything.
In this situation, you better get your nerves under control and tell someone who couldn't fulfill their commitment on time: "How can I help you get your job done?" sharp leaders in these times, instead of grumbling, they make you feel safe and finally finish your job.
"mutual trust," which is the missing ring of many organizations, can be one of the most potent leadership strategies.
