The game of strategy

     

    The word strategy is rooted in the Greek word Strategos which means army commander but used for business for years; maybe due to the cruel war going on in business space, something better than this word cannot define our plans to deal with competitors, new products and services. Although winning this awesome has become more difficult in the last few years, I still believe the condition of winning is having the right strategy and not just the right people, useful tools, and excellent organization! One of the essential characteristics of the right business is to be aware of yourself, your rival, market, products, and services that may provide later to focus on your differences. This ability will give you the preparation and aped of action to get out of the rivals, get into the competition, and finally get on the game. By doing this, they are forced to treat your strategy, and it's you who can quickly rule your rules over the battlefield.
    The best practice to achieve this "pre-awareness" is the games and sports that need a strategy, such as chess and tennis. If you can recognize your opponent's next few moves in these games, you better react to his performance. This strategy is advantageous not only in confronting rivals but also in negotiations.
