OKR, the Polar star in the business

A single goal for all members of an organization, company, or even start-up is less attention in today's world of business; definitely, every organization has its purposes, but how much every member (from the shallowest to highest) are aware of these goals and step in their direction, I think this subject often overlooked. The same issue takes an organization's energy and time to discover destinations and find a way to reach them. That's why OKR (Objective & Key Result) is also known as the polar business star, to put a bright path to every organization so that everyone can be aligned with the unique goals of the organization. And with focused effort, they will finally achieve the result. Many people may be wrong with KPI, but I have to say these two have no inherent resemblance; OKR is available of all layers of the organization, and by determining the organization, and people realize what's important, how can they act more clear upgrade teamwork. We have also decided to edit our particular OKR document to stay away from our under-set companies, and we can correct it quickly if a mistake happens and focus on the tips.
Let's put it essential and useful. OKR helps us set high-flying goals for ourselves and consider key results to achieve each of them to determine how closer we are to our destination. But editing an OKR document has unique features:
    1. You need to know the higher the goals. The better they are slightly measured and defined a particular time to reach them and implement it for team members.
    2. To edit OKR, finally, consider 3 or 5 main targets and set Key Results for each of them.
    3. the results you consider for these goals must be measured and checked to achieve them.
    4. Talk to your team members about Key goals and Results and determine each person's responsibility.
    5. If you reach 80 percent of your goals, know it's over and try to keep checking and updating the OKRs.
