I'm delicate that some of my colleagues don't have a specific time limit to deliver work or report. Because I believe that a good thing that is not done on time is less worth it, it may become a drug after death; in any organization, this can happen by choosing the wrong person to do a wrong project or timing. But experience has proved to me that self-eating and anger don't do anything.
